A Floor model, high capacity batch freezer.
This floor model batch freezer is capable of and average output of 25-quart/hour production (for ice cream) or 30-quart/hour on slush to provide high capacity yield combined with energy efficiency. A large, clear acrylic freezing cylinder allows for fast freezing time, the ability to visually monitor the product, and a small ice crystal formation through the mixing of variegates and particulates that is unachievable in horizontal barrels.

A time and temperature archive control capable batch freezer.
Unlike consistency controlled freezers, this 33-quart/hour production capable floor model uses time/temperature controlled freezing archives to provide the same smooth texture and consistency across both full and partial batches.
